| Ingredients: |
2lb chicken wings 2 cups seasoned flour 3 beaten eggs 1 tsp vegetable oil |
5 cups seasoned bread crumbs salt and papper paprika, to taste peanut oil, for frying |
| Cooking Instructions: |
1) Preheat plenty of peanut oil in a deep fryer. Set at 190C/375F/Gas Mark 5. 2) Snip off tips of wings and cut each into two. Parboil for 10-12 minutes. Drain well. 3) Dredge wings in flour. Dip wings in beaten eggs, mixed with vegetable oil. Coat with breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. 4) Deep fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favourite hot spicy sauce. |
