| Ingredients: |
2-3 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 egg yolk 4-5 anchovy filet, drained and finely chopped 3 tbsp wine vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil 2 large heads romaine lettuce, washed and dried salt and pepper juice from 1 lemon crumbled cooked bacon garlic croutons grated Parmesan cheese |
| Cooking Instructions: |
1) Place garlic, mustard and egg yolk in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice, anchovies and vinegar. Whisk together. 2) Incorporate the oil in a thin stream while whisking constantly. 3) Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces and place in a salad bowl. Sprinkle in bacon and croutons. Pour in vinaigrette and toss. |
