| Ingredients: |
4 lb chicken breasts 2 lb cabbage 2 lb carrots 2 lb christophene |
10 sweet peppers salt pepper sesame oil |
| Cooking Instructions: |
1) Bone chicken breasts. Wash and cut diagonally. Season well with salt and pepper. 2) Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3) Add carrots and christophene to pan and cook for another 5 minutes. 4) Add remaining vegetables and cook for a further 3 minutes. |

| Season to taste then serve hot. |
