Ingredients:
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
strong hot black coffee for four
dash cinnamon
Cooking Instructions:
1) Place chocolate in a stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan half-filled with hot water. Heat saucepan so that water is bubbling and melts the chocolate.
2) Place hot coffee into a pitcher and mix in melted chocolate. Pour into four Irish coffee glasses or attractive mugs, being sure to leave at least 1 inch free for cream. Carefully spoon whipped cream into glasses so that it rests on the liquid.
Serving Suggestions:
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve at once.
