| Ingredients: |
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped |
strong hot black coffee for four dash cinnamon |
| Cooking Instructions: |
1) Place chocolate in a stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan half-filled with hot water. Heat saucepan so that water is bubbling and melts the chocolate. 2) Place hot coffee into a pitcher and mix in melted chocolate. Pour into four Irish coffee glasses or attractive mugs, being sure to leave at least 1 inch free for cream. Carefully spoon whipped cream into glasses so that it rests on the liquid. |
